How do you customize your IBProarcade?

Hi guys I'm new. I'm pretty impressed and attracted by the customizations and the easy navigating style NBS has. I was wondering if anyone knows how do I customize my IBProArcade exactly what NBS has?

The name of each arcade game being align to the center perfectly.

Tournaments details being placed together.

Anyone have any ideas? I really hoped I can get something like this.

I could be wrong, but I believe the skin nightfiber comes with those customisations. Don't quote me on it tho. Those bits were moved around in the template area. you'll be fine if you know some html :)
