On boards previous to 2.1.4 there is a known issue with displaying the member list. This is due to how the links are structured. If you have a previous version the fix is simple.
To have it show properly, simply change the following in the URL:
&sort_key=name
TO:
&sort_key=members_display_name
Also, if you upgrade to the most current version of IPB the problem will be fixed.
