hello lites, welcome to NBS.
the image at the top of your forum has a image name of "logo4.gif"
all you need to do is make or have someone make you an image/logo and call it "logo4.gif" then add that new logo to your image folder (were the old logo4.gif lives) and over write it...... job done.....
