Well I
can do pretty funky web designs and I used to be in a partnership except I
chose my partner badly and it fell apart :cry:. I
would love you to check out my new web site and give me comments on it.
Incidently if you need or know anyone who needs a web site please put them
on to me :rolleyes:. I am
currently looking for affordable hosting as I am only a student and want
to run this for some pocket money. Eventually I will buy a domain.
Comments on name, text, colours and images are really appreciated. I
really just want some feedback before i launch it
properly.

don't match.. and your prices :o CHEAP! you are
almost doing it for free?? the navigation works well :)

As for a host I use http://www.ipowerweb.com ('http://www.ipowerweb.com') they are great and only
7.95 a month for a TON of stuff!

the colors to me just don't match..

I picked them as I felt that I
didn't want to look like other sites colours. I wanted the text to be
clear and the site to be eye pleasing.

B) I am new to the market
and I am hoping to build up a name with proffessional designs and then
gradual switch to proffessional prices.

Thanks. I drew out the site in
Macromedia Fireworks MX using rollovers for the buttons. I then used a DIV
table to put the text into place. It was quick and easy for me and at the
end I have what I wanted :)

I have lined up a great host with
www.internetzone.biz . It will cost me $4 US a month and I will have
all the stuff I need to get my web page going and some extra space for
playing around with Invision boards and stuff. Thanks for the
reccomendation. What is best is that I have arranged a deal with the great
guy running it where I get discounts on my hosting for every person I
refer. Which means I have a reliable place to send my clients that I will
also profit from being loyal to them.

:( Frames are also used
and I have been taught to avoid them but the prices information is
helpful. Those prices are about ten times mine. When I get better and a
bigger name I will work up to the prices but for now I am better sticking
cheap.

Frames??? No offence but you are
clueless there are NO FRAMES on my site? Its 100% FLASH and the scrolling
box is a Masked image and masked text. I made my site those colors for one
reason so that you will remember that site as long as you live
;)

did not mean to offend you. I did not realize it was your site and was
simply speaking my opinion. Now that I go back I realize it is not frames.
Good trick :P . I did
not view the source. I simply thought they were frames as when I scrolled
the left hand menu did not move. And I do not think I will ever forget
those colours :cry:
