I get this error on the new_forum.php page then the "The Access Name You Entered Is Available." message come's up. It appears above it.

Make sure the FTP settings in the Admin CP are correct.

Ok, hi again ;) Now I have real Webspace. Not free webspace :)
But I think I have now a problem with the htaccess file. Because if it is in the phpBB2 root, i cant open any files.
Maybe it is beacause the register_globals are off ?

http://aleste.de/phpBB2/nbs/ It is allready installed, but when i installed it, i had the htaccess file deleted.

Check to make sure the files have appropriate permissions (read, execute). Also make sure there aren't any .htaccess files that contain DENY FROM ALL in them.

Beta 7 will be out soon, I am fixing a lot of bugs, including that weird one where it gave errors about Smarty. This should be out within a few days.
