errors

im totally confused,
i made the ammendments and followed the install guide to the letter and i simply cannot log in, not only that im not sure how a new visitor would be able to create a new account..

I took a look and it looks like none of the scripts files seem to be loading. They all show up as blank pages. If you want, I can take a look at everything. If you want me to do that, please PM me FTP information.
