Does not work on windows.

Hello, I noticed the page saying not tested on windows. So I figured why not. And I tested it. And I got an error when going to the install page. It said somthing about not being able to handle the cgi... So there you go. It dosnt work on windows. I'm on debian now. Having a few bugs but overall it works great! :)

Yeah, I don't have a Windows server to test it on, but maybe sometime when I get some time I can get some free Windows hosting somewhere to test and try to make it work on Windows. But right now, I've just been too busy.
