Silver Website Template

Hi people! I like this site A LOT! Can someone make me An HTML Website template? The colors can be a light color, between White and Silver or a mix of both, if it can have A left-side menu that would be great, if its too much trouble then I will do that part. If it can also have log in/register functions that would be great as well, if it can't thanx anyway.

So can someone help me? :)
