Emote's are gone?

Hello,
For some reason all of my smilies are gone. Would there be a reason they would just all of a sudden not work? They weren't working before I added that directory bug fix so I know that didn't cause the problem. I check the smilies folder in the phpBB templates and they were still there.

Here's a test board I made. Feel free to check and reply to see if the smilie's are there:

It looks like it's not creating them for each forum. When you go to http://forumoxy.com/phpbb/images/ there aren't folders for any of the forums. Make sure you entered the correct FTP info in. If you want me to take a look, please PM me ftp and admin info.

Just to note, emotes are still gone on those older boards.

Yeah, I am currently working on a script to fix them for the older boards. I will attach it when it is done.

Ok upload both of these attached files to the nbs directory, and then login to the admin panel (to start the admin session), then go to yourdomain.com/path_to_script/nbs/fix_user_directories.php, and wait for that file to finish running. Once it is done, verify that it created folders for the old forums in the images directory, and then delete that file (fix_user_directories.php).
