Right now you will have to create a new language using PHPMyAdmin. Go to the nbs_languages table, and insert the new language there. Then, in the admincp, click List under phrases, and edit each phrase. You type the translation in the textarea for the language you added. You can then change the language the script uses by editing the setting on the settings page.
