Conversion of a v2.1 skin into a v2.2 skin?

I am currently using a NBZ skin thats version 2.1 and I'm looking to get in converted into 2.2, is there anybody on the NBZ team that'd be able to do that? The skin in question is this one: http://www.nbsdesignz.com/Free_Skins/p13_sectionid/5/p13_fileid/49
I've modified it a fair bit so it doesn't look so much like that any more but its still that skin in essence.

Is it just a case of waiting for you guys to do this "naturally" (eg you intend to do it some time) or could I pay to get it converted across?

I think Will ported the skin to 2.1 version, maybe if you contact him by PM you can work things out.
the original creators of the skin are not around anymore.

I can't pm him, it says either he's decided not to recieve pm or he's not allowed to. Any ideas on how to reach him? (email is off the menu too).
