Safe Mode

I did the
little phpinfo thing like in the sticky. It said safe mode for on for
local and off for master. Yet it still won't let me import a skin
file. Please help me. :( Does it have to be off
for both of them or what?

what's the error that you get when you try to import?

you won't be able to import normally, will have to manually install
