Forum Creation - "Could not connect to the ftp server."

NBS on - http://files.dreamclans.com/

Problem - when somebody tries to create a forum when they click "submit" it displays the message "Could not connect to the ftp server." However it does create the actual forums.

Is there a way to fix this (i searched your forums, but searching for such a loose term doesnt help)

I had that problem.

Make sure your ftp details in your admin ACP are correct.

Could you give me an idea of what is ment to be in each one?

Ive currently got...

FTP Server - ftp.dreamclans.com/files/
FTP Username - files@dreamclans.com
FTP Password - my password to that FTP username
FTP Path - /home/kraegd2/public_html/files/
Enable Passive Transfer Mode - No

For FTP server try just ftp.dreamclans.com (ftp://ftp.dreamclans.com)
