Built-in SUpport ticket system

can you add a mod that the hosted forum has a built-in support ticket system so that they can submit a support ticket through thier admin panel and send it to the main admin's admin panel ticket support and system? here the list that i want the supprt ticket system feature has

1.) the hosted forum can send a ticket support through thier admin panel.

2.) the main admin can answer, close, open or even delete the ticket in his/her admin panel.

3.) the built-in ticket support system can have a multi user ability so that while the main admin is busy other support team can answer, close or even open a ticket.

4.) the support team has thier own control panel where they can moderate well and the support team will no need to enter the main admin's panel.

5.) the main admin can add, delete categories in ticket support system.

just a suggestion and hoping it will be available soon

That is in my plans for a later version. Multiple database support is in my plans for Beta 9.

well the PhpBB 3 RC will be release soon as said in the phpbb forum. Well the PhpBB 3 multi-forum will be available too?

and by the way im excited for the beta 9 cause thier will be a multiple database support. One more question is there already a target date for the beta 9 to be release?
