Error in step 5! Someone help Urgent

I have change the permission of all the files which the installer ask to 777 but nothings happens wen I refresh the page.

Change the step variable in the url to step=6. This isn't really a bug, it's just a problem with some servers thinking it's not chmodded since it's owned by nobody rather than your username. You can ignore it.
