Multi database NBS

when in a NBS db number of forums reaches more than 400, NBS get really slow

But if can create a multi db in example we made 5 db and NBS can use other db when the number of forums in one db reaches to 400

I have run into problem with over 1200 forums. There were almost 40,000 tables in just one database. I have started to delete inactive forums so my server runs better. We need to have more than one database to hold the tables.

Just create something that you can add multiple databases to in the install and when a new forum is create it randomly selects a database to use, but keeps the databases within 300 boards of eachother or something, I like the idea.

if we can manually set when NBS uses one database,I think could be better
